46' x 12' Luxury Houseboat

The prices listed below are for your Houseboat and include a 21’ Carolina Skiff for your transportation.

Weekend Adventure: Start with introduction and provisioning your luxury Houseboat on Friday morning and preparing your float plan. Our experienced local captains will assist you to maximize your Island Adventure. We will assist you to check out on Sunday afternoon. Prime Season- $1,795.00

Weekday Adventure: The pick up will be on Monday morning and returned on Thursday afternoon. Prime Season- $1995.00

Full Week Adventure: You start your week on Monday morning and return on Sunday afternoon. Prime Season- $2,995.00.

Terms and Conditions: A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be held as damage / security deposit and returned after your adventure is over, providing there is no damage or missing items; minus gas and oil used on the skiff and the houseboat.. A minimum of $25.00 cleaning fee may apply in some cases. We must receive full payment thirty days before the start of your adventure.

Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation 30 days or more and receive a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. Any cancellation made within the 14 days will forfeit half of there deposit and any cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all of there deposit.

Pet Deposit: We are allowing pets with a $300.00 deposit. If no damage has occurred at the end of your adventure your pet deposit will be returned.
